Mr. Osborn received his B.A. from Southeastern University in 1961, majoring in Accounting. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in 1969. He practices in the areas of maritime law, corporate law, personal injury, probate and estates and criminal defense. He has many years experience as a trial lawyer and has successfully represented clients in local, state and federal courts. He is also a qualified marine surveyor, recognized by the Insurance Institute of America and is a Registered Mediator. Mr. Osborn is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts and is a member (Past President) of the Jefferson Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association (Past Chair of the Bench Bar Committee), the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Attorney Disciplinary Board.
